Block Inc has transitioned to use of Tradeshift for e-invoicing due to the large number of invoices received by the company each year, balanced with the time and resources spent not only to process these invoices, but also correcting errors. In order to reduce the cost of creating and processing invoices on both the supplier side, and Block Inc, and, ultimately to ensure that suppliers get paid on time, Block Inc made the decision to move to electronic invoices. Our goal is to get as close as possible to 100% e-invoicing compliance by October 1, 2023 to better support both our suppliers and our internal resources.
